What are Havening Techniques?

Psycho-sensory processes use one or more of your senses to gently resolve trauma, stress and anxiety. Some examples of other psycho-sensory techniques:

Who Developed Havening Techniques?

Dr. Ron Ruden researched how the brain and nervous system encode trauma. His twin brother, Dr. Steven Ruden, collaborated with him for over ten years in developing the Havening Techniques.

Based on their neurological research, they identified methods to remap the brain’s response to traumatic memories. The results are remarkable, with patients reporting several beneficial outcomes.
